HR PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Human Power BG is an HR agency that offers consultations and recruitment for some of the best companies in Bulgaria.

As part of HR team, you will have the opportunity to:

• Do monthly process for payroll;
• Submitting of sick sheets;
• Submitting of declarations 1 and declaration 6;
• Accounting for vacations;
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports;
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
• Involved in HR projects (meetings, job fairs, events, training, surveys) and take minutes when is the case;
• Opportunity to work in a nice and supportive team.

What would we appreciate about you?

• Bachelor or Master degree;
• With experience in HR area (experience in a production company is a plus);
• With good English level;
• Knowledge and experience in working with SAP is a plus;
• Ability to communicate efficiently and to create and maintain strong professional relationships;
• Organized and detail oriented;
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Excellent communication skills and team player;
• Ability to prioritize and work within tight time scales to meet deadlines.
