About the position

The Office Assistants position is a diverse role, whose mission is to ensure an awesome working atmosphere. This role reports directly to the HR Manager and provides support to all departments and team members. The working hours of the office are between 12 and 8 pm.

Main Responsibilities

  • Take care of the office on a daily basis
  • Present the company in a professional manner
  • Establish and maintain stable relations with suppliers and vendors
  • Track office supplies, orders, purchases, and invoices
  • Execute merchandise and gift campaigns
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and team events
  • Organize company events and initiatives
  • Administrate documents and processes
  • Other office tasks

Requirements

  • Excellent English (verbal and written)
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Collaborative and flexible mentality
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong ownership and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets)
