TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

Our client is a design and software powerhouse with mature and established practices in Enterprise Web & Mobile Development, Human-Centered Design, Cloud & DevOps, Advanced Data Мanagement & Analytics.

They are looking to hire a professional to join the growing IT team as a Technical Project Manager.


Your Role:

• Work on diverse projects in different business fields
• Manage the software development from beginning to end using Agile or any other of the proven project and team management methods (could be a hybrid approach)
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to support client business needs in collaboration with management and all stakeholders
• Create project plans, scope documents, schedules, and forecasts
• Manage the process of creating a feature inventory
• Provide timely communication on the impact of changes and decisions
• Effectively communicate project expectations and status to team members and stakeholders
• Build, develop, and grow relationships with the team members, communicate with the clients in cooperation with the Account Manager.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve 100% Client Satisfaction
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Experience and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience leading software development teams
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Superior problem-solving skills: able to quickly assess a situation and devise a solution before an issue turns into a problem
• Good communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines and cultures
• Experience with Agile or any other of the proven project and team management methods (could be a hybrid approach)
• Technical knowledge/understanding within: REST APIs, Automation through e.g. CI/CD pipelines
• Domain knowledge in Content Management
• Working knowledge of web and/or mobile technologies will be considered an advantage
• Experience as a software developer, engineer or another specialized technical person will be considered an advantage
