PERSONAL ASSISTANT

The Personal Assistant will attend to the needs of the General Manager for Mexico and Central America.


LANGUAGES

  • Advanced English
  • German (desirable)


EDUCATION

  • Completed bachelors degree.
  • Experience in Project Management (desirable)


QUALITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Excellent follow-up and project completion skills.
  • Excellent financial control of budget for events and travel.
  • Management of both work and personal agenda of the General Manager (minutes preparation, meeting scheduling, calendar control
  • Availability 24/7 to attend to the General Manager's requirements.
  • Planning, implementation, and monitoring of events worldwide.
  • High handling of confidential information and compliance.
  • Reservation management, travel arrangements, and expense verification. Both for the General Manager and other board members.
  • Coordination with General Manager's transportation support staff.
  • Supplier registration and administrative management.


COMPENSATION

  • Monthly salary between 50k-60k MXN
  • Benefits above those required by law.
  • Temporary contract for 6 months, with the possibility of subsequent indefinite-term contract.


LOCATION

  • Mexico City, Reforma
  • Possible home office 2 days a week
