HR Manager

 Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR professional who will lead our HR team. You will take ownership of all HR matters across the company from recruitment to performance review, salary reviews, disciplinary actions and learning and development of employees. The HR manager will be responsible for:


  • Reviewing and assessing the recruitment strategy to achieve a person-centered Recruitment approach that meets organizational needs and alignment with our vision
  • Overseeing the management and coordination of end-to-end recruitment activities including advertising, search, sourcing and pipelining candidates for current and future needs across the whole of organization to deliver recruitment needs in a timely manner
  • Developing innovative and proactive sourcing strategies for the organization with the focus on right person for the right position
  • Designing, reviewing and facilitating recruitment & selection training across the business to educate leaders on recruitment processes and ensure they understand their responsibilities
  • Providing leadership and coaching to the Recruitment team to develop them to their potential to deliver a consistent, engaging and high-quality service to internal customers and candidates
  • Engaging regularly with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, and developing strategies to attract, recruit and retain the best talent
  • Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
  • Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
  • Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
