Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, both existing and new
- Search, source, and screen potential businesses, utilizing multiple online resources
- Build close partnerships with new clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions
- Manage the process from initial contact to contract signing
- Conduct thorough research on target business for evaluation / risk calculation
- Be responsible for "hunting" new business opportunities and lead generation
- Have an involvement in proposal process by developing and pitching proposals
- Negotiate Commercial Terms of business and rates
Qualification & Experience:
- 2+ years of commercial and retail experience in a call center environment
