Technical Recruiter
Job Description:
- Design & implement the recruiting strategy
- Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Define job description and document specifications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- On-board new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- Bachelor's in the relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment
Job Specifications:
- Sound knowledge of different technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Good problem solving skills
