Duties & Responsibilities:
Prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities
Team Management - Team Standup
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide testing estimation
Ensure delivery on time with required quality
Coordination with Dev and BA
Set up and maintain testing environments
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
Investigate product quality and user experience in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Monitoring team performance
Qualification & Experience
Bachelors in CS from a reputable university
4-6 years of relevant experience
Skills Required:
Creative solutions for complex software and business issues and apply these solutions to resolve problems
Improve business processes and systems to streamline these processes and reduce costs to the company for which they work.
Manage, hire, train teams of QA engineers as well as business teams, making strong leadership skills essential to this job
Write reports and relay information to employees in person, which requires professionals pursuing this career to have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking. A company's product must meet its customers' requirements
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
Perform Tests (if needed): Perform a variety of tests, such as regression, integration, platform, and performance testing to confirm the stability of software systems
