Responsibilities

As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for the following:
* Developing Business Development Processes and procedures
* Building and Succeeding Business Relationships and Pipelines
* Growing Sales and Meeting Sales KPI Targets 
* Expanding Business Relationships across Australia and New Zealand
* Collaborating with Internal Business Departments
* Increasing and Developing Business Development well into the future and developing business capability
* General Business Development and Business Leadership duties and responsibilities

Requirements

In order to be a successful applicant you must meet the following requirements:
* Previous Experience in Business Development or Executive Sales
* Business Qualification would be helpful however not required 
* MOJ Check 
* Reference Check
* Valid Full Drivers License
