The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance department to ensure the effective operation of equipment and facilities. The role requires leadership and technical skills to manage maintenance personnel and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

1. Leadership and Supervision:

2. Maintenance Operations:
   • Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for all machinery and equipment.
   • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
   • Ensure timely response to equipment malfunctions or facility maintenance issues.
