Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Strategic Growth to drive business expansion and revenue growth. The Manager of Strategic Growth will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving initiatives to enhance market presence and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, strategic planning, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and market trends to drive revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and penetrate new markets.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development efforts.
  • Market Analysis and Research:

    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and industry trends.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Strategic Partnerships:

    • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance product offerings and market reach.
    • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets.
    • Lead sales efforts and collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth and customer acquisition.
  • Product and Service Innovation:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new products and services to meet customer needs.
    • Drive product innovation and development initiatives to differentiate offerings in the market.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards strategic growth objectives.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate business performance and growth opportunities to senior management.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the business development team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to client meetings, industry events, or other business-related activities.
  • May require working extended hours or weekends to meet project deadlines or business needs.
