Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data into company databases and systems with precision and efficiency.
- Verify accuracy of data before and after entry to ensure data integrity.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fast and efficient typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with data confidentiality and security policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
