Senior Leasing Officer

As a Senior Leasing Officer focusing on the retail sector, you will play a crucial role in managing and expanding the leasing operations of Seinor Properties in Saudi Arabia. Based in Jeddah, you will be responsible for leasing retail spaces within the Properties' portfolio, ensuring maximum occupancy rates and revenue generation. Your primary objective will be identifying potential retail tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining solid relationships with existing tenants.

Education and Competency:

• · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leasing and retail management, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
• · Strong knowledge of the retail industry, market dynamics, and leasing practices.
• · Familiarity with local regulations and legal requirements related to commercial leasing.
• · Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• · Ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants and external stakeholders.
• · Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
• · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• · Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• · Prefer bachelors degree in logistics, business, or a related field.
• · Previous Retail experience is required min 4 Years.
