Job Title: IT Coordinator

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 5,000-6,000 AED per month.

UAE Driving License Is must.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or coordination, preferably within a luxury goods or design-focused industry.

Mandatory:-

  • Experience with POS systems, particularly in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems management and support.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Coordinator to join our Clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and providing technical support to staff across the organization. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and software management.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and software applications.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
  • Monitor and maintain system security, ensuring that all data is backed up and secure from potential threats.
  • Install, configure, and update software and hardware as required, ensuring compatibility and efficiency across all systems.
  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to ensure the optimal functioning of all outsourced services.
  • Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and security across the organization.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the POS systems and other IT systems in LOS store and any pop-up locations, ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Assist with the backend support for CRM and other marketing applications. Assist with API integrations (Chatbot, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Manage IT inventory, including the procurement of new equipment and the disposal of outdated hardware.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the IT departments budget, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Coordinate and manage various IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide ongoing support for the company's ERP system, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and liaising with vendors for advanced support.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on the use of new software and IT systems to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor system performance and generate reports on IT activities for senior management.
  • Manage the Email security software and other EDR security applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and recommend upgrades and improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or coordination, preferably within a luxury goods or design-focused industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking, hardware, and software systems.
  • Experience with POS systems, particularly in a retail environment.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems management and support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with IT security best practices and data protection regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support and train non-technical staff.
  • Proficient in using IT management software and tools for monitoring and reporting.
  • Willingness to stay current with the latest IT trends and technologies.
  • Additional Requirements: UAE Driving License is a must.
