Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR and CSR Coordinator to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions and driving corporate social responsibility initiatives in line with the companys values. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a passion for community engagement and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
- Coordinate and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Handle employee relations, addressing concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement and wellness programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and manage the companys CSR strategy, aligning it with the organizations values and business objectives.
- Coordinate CSR initiatives, including community outreach programs, environmental sustainability efforts, and charity partnerships.
- Monitor and report on the impact of CSR activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute CSR projects effectively.
- Organize and promote volunteer opportunities for employees, encouraging participation in community service.
- Stay informed about HR and CSR trends, regulations, and best practices, ensuring the company remains compliant and socially responsible.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR coordination, with exposure to CSR initiatives preferred.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for sustainability, community engagement, and social responsibility.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.
