  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Achieving Targets: Consistently achieve targets in terms of coverage, sales, and numeric distribution
  • Relationship Building: Drive project sales and dealer sales initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Office to manage priorities,
    • Performance Meetings: Conduct monthly sales meetings to comprehensively report and update on sales progress, revenue planning, and receivables collection.
    • Reporting: Prepare plans and reports accurately and in a timely manner,
    • Team Management: Adhere & implement company rule, policies, and standard to team.
    • Customer Development: Develop direct OEM (Furniture manufacturer) relationships and support distributors for small orders.
    • Networking: Maintain a robust network of architects, builders, contractors, and OEMs.
  • Qualifications:
    • Minimum B-Tech, with MBA preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 8 years in Sales Managements
    • Building Materials, Furniture Fittings, or Architectural Hardware preferred.
  • Preferred:
    • Saudi/GCC driving license.
    • Having at least 4 Years Experience in Riyadh
    • Must be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  • Competencies:
    • Strong salesmanship skills to manage sales and distributors independently.
    • Ability to sell the brand and increase market share.
    • Strong drive, mindset of continuous improvement, results-oriented, and accountable.
    • Skilled in sales and profit management with a sound understanding of financial metrics.
    • Skill in managing both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Fluency in Arabic & English is must.
