Job Title: Junior Graphic Design and Product Development Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 5,000-6,000 AED per month

UAE Driving License is Must.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and/or product development, preferably within the luxury goods or design industry.

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design and Product Development Assistant to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and development of new products, as well as creating compelling visual content that aligns with the brands identity. This role requires a strong sense of aesthetics, excellent graphic design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptualization and design of new products, including packaging, branding, and promotional materials.
• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with the brands aesthetic and values.
• Collaborate with the product development team to bring design concepts to life, from initial sketches to final production.
• Conduct research on current design trends, materials, and technologies to inform product development and graphic design work.
• Support the creation and maintenance of design assets, including templates, style guides, and product mock-ups.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and marketing materials that showcase new products and design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Work closely with external vendors and suppliers to ensure that design specifications are met during the production process.
• Maintain an organized archive of design files, ensuring all assets are easily accessible for future use.
• Provide input and feedback on design elements during product development meetings, contributing to the overall creative process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and product development, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in graphic design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and/or product development, preferably within the luxury goods or design industry.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, packaging, and product design.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
• A keen understanding of design trends, materials, and production processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
