Supply Chain Supervisor

One of the leading client, A leading companies in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Supply Chain Supervisor to manage production planning, inventory management, and ensure smooth operations across departments.

Position Title: Supply Chain Supervisor

Location: Dubai.

Salary: 6,000 - 8,000 AED

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in procurement and planning within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production planning strategies aligned with demand forecasts, ensuring efficient inventory management.
• Collaborate with the sales team to synchronize procurement and production schedules with customer demand.
• Plan and control production capacity, monitoring schedules and stock levels.
• Conduct weekly/monthly production planning meetings with the production department.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure finished goods are ready on time to meet loading schedules.
• Manage orders, confirmations, and sales orders in the company database.
• Ensure customers adhere to payment terms as per contract agreements.
• Prepare shipping schedules and arrange shipment logistics.
• Handle changes to sales orders, shipment delays, or advancements.
• Create and update master data for products.
• Define material requirements for raw materials and components (MRP Planning).
• Ensure compliance with global supply chain regulations, particularly import/export rules in the Gulf Region.
• Arrange and complete export documentation accurately and on time.
• Work closely with freight forwarders to arrange shipping logistics.
• Resolve customer issues and deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, planning, and manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and global supply chains.
• Strong understanding of inventory management and production planning principles.

Skills:

• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong interpersonal skills with high integrity for handling sensitive information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence. Fluency in Arabic & English is must.
