Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and managing relationships with key business clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the lighting industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business objectives and sales targets in the B2B segment.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target companies, including architects, interior designers, developers, contractors and procurement professionals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the unique value propositions of company's products.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and market conditions.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and expand the client base.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and preferences to drive innovation and product enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the lighting, interior design, or luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong network of contacts within the industry, including designers and developers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE and internationally as required.
