Cocktail Bartender

Role Overview

We’re looking for skilled and passionate Cocktail Bartenders to craft unforgettable guest experiences through creative mixology, warm hospitality, and high-end service.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and serve a range of classic and contemporary cocktails

● Maintain stock levels and bar presentation

● Offer drink recommendations and upsell where appropriate

● Keep bar area clean and comply with licensing and safety regulations

● Work collaboratively with the bar and service team

Ideal Candidate

● Minimum 6 months cocktail bartending experience

● Excellent knowledge of spirits, garnishes, and mixology techniques

● Strong communication and multitasking skills

● Fast-paced, energetic, and customer-focused

● Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
