Role Overview
We’re seeking proactive and confident Team Leaders to oversee hospitality and events teams at prestigious venues. You’ll be the main point of contact on-site, ensuring smooth execution and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Lead and motivate staff during events and busy service periods
● Act as liaison between the venue and HTR Recruitment
● Ensure all team members adhere to dress code, standards, and client expectations
● Assist with briefing, staff allocation, and troubleshooting
● Provide feedback and escalate any issues to management
Ideal Candidate
● Prior experience as a team leader or supervisor in hospitality/events
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
● Able to lead by example and manage pressure gracefully
● Punctual, responsible, and solutions-focused
