Permanent salary £80K per annum

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced STIBO MDM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Stibo Systems' Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert guidance on MDM best practices, and ensure the successful deployment and integration of MDM solutions into their existing systems.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of STIBO MDM solutions to meet client requirements
Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and define MDM strategy
Provide expertise in data governance principles, data quality management, and data modeling
Analyze and optimize existing data processes to improve data integrity and accessibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of MDM solutions with other enterprise systems
Deliver training and support to end-users and stakeholders on STIBO MDM functionalities.

Qualifications

A minimum of 7/8 Yrs of MDM hands-on development experience (As developer, sr. developer, Team/Technical lead)
A minimum of 5 Yrs of STEP (STIBO) MDM hands-on development experience
Strong knowledge in STEP's (STIBO) capabilities in terms of Data Ingestion, Data Modeling, Data Quality/Validation, Match/Merge process and logic, MDM tool internal workflows, and data syndication from MDM tool
Strong communication skill, both verbal and written
Proven experience in latest Stibo STEP MDM software versions
Proficiency in Javascript, Regular Expressions, XML
Webservices Knowledge - RESTful services
Experience in Financial Services vertical is important, but not required Proven experience in implementing and managing STIBO MDM solutions. Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts and best practices. Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data modeling techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
