We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives. This role will manage end-to-end campaigns across digital (e.g., Facebook Ads, TikTok campaigns) and traditional channels (events, activations, outdoor ads). Moreover, the role involves using analytics to optimize performance, collaborating with creative teams and cross-functional departments to drive growth and support regional initiatives. This role will manage teams, budgets, vendors, and partnerships.


Duties and Responsibilities

Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Execute marketing campaign strategies aligned with the company's objectives

  • Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, execution, and post-campaign evaluation.

  • Maintains brand consistency across ATL, BTL, and digital channels


Digital Marketing

  • Oversee digital campaigns, including Facebook Ads, TikTok, and content execution.

  • Uses analytics and reporting tools to monitor performance and optimize campaigns

  • Collaborate with creatives using tools such as Canva and Photoshop.


Traditional Marketing

  • Manages offline initiatives such as events, activations, and outdoor advertising

  • Coordinates with suppliers and agencies for campaign execution


Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Works with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to support business growth

  • Provides marketing support for branch and regional activities


People, Budget & Performance Management

  • Leads and manages the marketing team to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives.

  • Handles budgets, vendor coordination, and negotiations

  • Prepares reports using data and performance metrics to guide decisions


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, with exposure to digital marketing and brand management

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics; basic knowledge of design principles

  • Experience in the automotive or motorcycle industry is an advantage.

  • Background in Retail, FMCG, or multibrand environments is preferred
