IT Business Analyst (Up to Senior Level) | Makati ( 14th Month Pay Guaranteed!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for technology initiatives.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, system enhancements, and digital solutions.
• Develop business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure solutions meet business requirements and align with organizational objectives.
• Support system implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, user training, and post-deployment support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, preferably supporting enterprise applications, digital transformation, or technology projects.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, system implementation, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency in business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
