Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational diagnostics and assessments, including capability gaps, engagement insights, and performance trends, and translate findings into actionable improvement plans.
  • Design and implement organization structures, operating models, job frameworks, and workforce planning solutions to improve efficiency and role clarity.
  • Drive change management and transformation initiatives by developing adoption strategies, stakeholder alignment plans, and communication approaches.
  • Facilitate leadership and cross-functional workshops focused on organization design, culture alignment, decision-making, and operating effectiveness.
  • Develop and institutionalize OD tools, frameworks, and methodologies while tracking impact through metrics such as adoption rates, productivity, and organizational health indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in OD, Change Management, HR Transformation, or Organization Design, with managerial experience.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end OD initiatives, from assessment and design to implementation and measurement.
  • Experience in technology, IT services, telecommunications, or other fast-paced transformation environments.
  • Strong leadership, facilitation, analytical, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
