Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned business functions, serving as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, define candidate requirements, and develop effective recruitment and selection strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess active and passive candidates through multiple channels while maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
  • Facilitate the offer process, including candidate negotiations, hiring recommendations, and alignment with key stakeholders on selection decisions.
  • Analyze recruitment performance, prepare hiring reports, and contribute to process improvements and talent acquisition initiatives that enhance hiring effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a proven track record of hiring across various functions, skill sets, and organizational levels in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and hiring process execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong business partnerships.
  • Highly results-driven, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accountability and ownership of hiring outcomes.
