Work Setup: On-Site | Monday to Friday
Location: Bais City, Negros Oriental

  • Identify sales opportunities by reaching out to new leads, expanding your network, and asking for referrals.
  • Provide financial solutions by presenting products clearly and matching them to clients' needs.
  • Develop strong client relationships by acting as a trusted advisor and supporting clients for the long term
  • Achieve sales targets by staying focused on goals and earning performance-based rewards.
  • Share market insights by providing feedback and reports to help the team grow.

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in pharmaceuticals, banking, or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Passionate about building relationships and providing excellent customer support.
