Summary:
This role leads the overall performance and growth of an e-commerce business unit. It involves managing brand managers and operations teams, driving brand success across platforms (like Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop), and partnering with leadership to shape strategy and optimize processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Create and execute commercial and growth strategies
- Manage financial performance and profitability
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and improve performance
- Build strong relationships with brands and e-commerce partners
- Negotiate agreements and resolve partner issues
- Drive operational improvements and best practices
- Stay on top of market trends and identify growth opportunities
Key requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in e-commerce or brand management leadership roles
- Strong strategic, operational, and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and team management ability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry trends
