Position Overview
The Operations Manager (Mall Management) is responsible for supporting the overall management and operational performance of the mall property. The role ensures that all aspects of mall operations are running efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company standards and stakeholder expectations.
The incumbent plays a key role in upholding the physical quality of the property, maintaining a safe and pleasant shopping environment, and driving initiatives that enhance the customer experience and encourage continued patronage.

Key Responsibilities
Building Administration & Property Management Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all mall facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and functional environment. Coordinate with contractors and service providers, ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and support property improvement projects.
Tenant Relations Act as the main operational liaison for mall tenants. Address concerns promptly, enforce mall policies and lease obligations, and cultivate a cooperative working relationship with all store operators to maintain a well-functioning retail community.
Tenant Sales Performance Monitor store performance across the mall, identify opportunities to support tenants in improving productivity, and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to deliver quality customer service at all times.
Marketing Initiatives Collaborate with the marketing team in planning and executing mall events, promotions, and customer engagement programs. Provide operational support to ensure activations are carried out smoothly and effectively.
Administrative Management Handle day-to-day administrative functions including documentation, reporting, budget monitoring, and team supervision. Coordinate with relevant departments and ensure all operational policies and procedures are consistently implemented.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in mall or property operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity
Strong knowledge of facilities management and safety compliance
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance and prepare operational reports
