Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Finance teams, participating in meetings and supporting alignment on processes, contracts, and system usage.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials and knowledge resources, enabling self-service learning and strengthening stakeholder understanding of business processes.
- Drive communication and engagement initiatives across the organization to encourage adoption of best practices, process compliance, and system usage.
- Support process standardization, improvements, and new system enhancement projects, collaborating across functions to optimize workflows and user experience.
- Assist with compliance and governance activities, including accrual management, SOX controls, audits, and change management initiatives for contract-related processes.
Qualifications:
- At least 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a multinational environment in Finance, Sales, Accounting, or Business Operations.
- Experience supporting training delivery, knowledge documentation, or learning initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP and Vistex (considered an advantage).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
