Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Management

  • Acquire and develop new client accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships.
  • Identify client needs and translate them into tailored event and creative solutions.

Client Servicing & Relationship Building

  • Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent client servicing and smooth communication.
  • Build long-term partnerships through trust, consistency, and post-project servicing.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with creative teams to develop proposals, pitches, and innovative event concepts.
  • Collaborate with project and operations teams during event execution, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while keeping clients updated.

Post-Project Engagement

  • Conduct client debriefs, gather feedback, and explore opportunities for repeat engagements or upselling.
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, events, or creative industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong client-first approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
