Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding of new B2B clients from contract signing to activation
  • Coordinate onboarding timelines, documentation, and system setup
  • Guide clients through platform configuration and compliance requirements
  • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for new clients

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales, Compliance, Operations, and Technical teams
  • Ensure onboarding milestones are met within agreed timelines
  • Escalate onboarding risks or delays proactively

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong early relationships with client stakeholders
  • Conduct onboarding training sessions and product walkthroughs
  • Ensure clients understand product capabilities and best practices
  • Gather feedback to improve onboarding processes

Process Improvement

  • Maintain onboarding documentation and process standards
  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding workflows
  • Track onboarding metrics and client activation success rates

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in B2B sales support, onboarding, or account management
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services preferred
  • Strong project coordination and client-facing skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
