Job Summary

The Transformation role supports and drives finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, automation, migrations, and system implementations across shared services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support process transitions and migrations (lift & shift)
  • Lead or participate in transformation projects
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
  • Document and redesign processes (SOPs, process maps)
  • Work with stakeholders on change management initiatives
  • Support system implementations and enhancements
  • Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables
  • For Manager level: lead transformation strategy and governance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Staff: 2–4 years transformation/project exposure
  • Manager: 6–10 years with project leadership experience
  • Experience in shared services or global operations
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or project management is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
