Job Summary
The Transformation role supports and drives finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, automation, migrations, and system implementations across shared services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support process transitions and migrations (lift & shift)
- Lead or participate in transformation projects
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency
- Document and redesign processes (SOPs, process maps)
- Work with stakeholders on change management initiatives
- Support system implementations and enhancements
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables
- For Manager level: lead transformation strategy and governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Staff: 2–4 years transformation/project exposure
- Manager: 6–10 years with project leadership experience
- Experience in shared services or global operations
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or project management is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
