Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee low- to medium-complexity consulting engagements related to technology, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, and resilience management.
- Develop and tailor work programs, methodologies, and deliverables based on the client's business and technology environment.
- Lead project execution and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of engagement outputs.
- Conduct technical briefings and provide guidance to engagement teams on project requirements and methodologies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and effectively manage client expectations throughout the engagement.
- Coordinate with engagement partners, senior managers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, billings, and collections.
- Identify project risks, issues, and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions or solutions.
- Directly communicate with clients regarding project status, findings, recommendations, and other engagement matters.
- Review and ensure the quality and completeness of project deliverables.
- Lead, coach, and mentor team members to improve technical capabilities and overall performance.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and provide constructive performance guidance to team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies, tools, and service delivery practices.
- Support business development and other consulting initiatives when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business consulting, IT assurance, technology risk, information security, cybersecurity governance, IT governance, or resilience management.
- Strong understanding of information security, cybersecurity governance, IT controls, technology risk, and/or business resilience frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct technical briefings and communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong time management, organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
Preferred Certifications
- ISO 27001 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
- ISO 22301 Lead Auditor / Lead Implementer
- Certified in Cybersecurity (CC)
- CompTIA certifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Reporting Structure
- The Technology and Cybersecurity Governance Manager will be part of the Digital Trust Services Practice – Consulting Team under the Advisory Services Division.
- The role will report directly to the Senior Manager and/or Partner of the assigned engagement.
