Quality Assurance Senior Manager / QA Sr. Manager (F&B)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the Quality Assurance and Food Safety programs, ensuring products consistently meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  
• Develop, implement, review, and audit quality management systems and procedures across manufacturing and other operating units.
  
• Ensure compliance with FDA, NMIS, BAI, BFAR, LGU, and other applicable regulatory requirements, while managing relationships with internal and external regulatory bodies.
  
• Conduct and oversee quality audits of suppliers, toll processors, bakeries, depots, and other partners, ensuring timely corrective actions and escalation of critical quality and food safety concerns.
  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, facility and equipment upgrades, quality data analysis, and effective team development and performance management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree inChemistry, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or other related disciplines.
• Must hold a valid PRC license, preferably as a Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Chemical Technician, or other relevant professional license.
  
• At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in Food Quality Assurance, Food Safety, R&D, Manufacturing, or related functions, including at least 5 years in a managerial or people management role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Food Science and Technology, Food Chemistry, Microbiology, Food Engineering, and physicochemical and analytical testing methods.
  
• Proven experience implementing QMS and food safety systems such as HACCP, ISO, and SPC, with strong knowledge of GMP, GWP, and GLP in an F&B or food manufacturing environment.
