Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Restaurant Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant branches within Mandaluyong City. The ideal candidate must have strong operational leadership, a solid background in multi-unit restaurant management, and a proven track record in driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
Candidates with experience from established restaurant and hospitality groups such as The Bistro Group, Moment Group, FooDee Global Concepts, and similar organizations are highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Area Manager handling multiple branches
- Strong background in full-service or fast-casual restaurant operations
- Preferably from well-known restaurant & hospitality groups (e.g., Bistro Group, Moment Group, FooDee Global Concepts, etc.)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Amenable to work in Mandaluyong City
- Willing to start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches within assigned area
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and cost control objectives
- Monitor and analyze financial performance (P&L, food cost, labor cost, inventory)
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Restaurant Managers and store teams
- Implement company policies, SOPs, and operational standards
- Develop action plans to improve underperforming branches
- Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements
