E&S Associate/Analyst

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Full Onsite
Location: Makati

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of sustainability and ESG policies, including environmental, social, climate, and gender considerations.
• Collaborate with the investment team to set ESG goals, track performance, and integrate E&S risk management strategies across the portfolio.
• Engage with portfolio company leadership to operationalize sustainability objectives, ensure compliance with IFC Performance Standards, and support Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS).
• Apply practical E&S and social safeguard principles, addressing labor, occupational health & safety, and community risks.
• Promote a culture of sustainable investing through training, guidance, and accountability for achieving ESG objectives across teams.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and ESMS, with experience implementing ESG/E&S programs.
• Familiarity with social safeguards, labor standards, and occupational health & safety practices; knowledge of Philippine regulations is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
