Role Overview
The Culture & Engagement Consultant drives initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workplace culture, and the overall employee experience. This role supports internal HR communications, ensuring messaging reinforces organizational values and encourages employee participation. The consultant collaborates closely with HR teams and business partners to deliver effective engagement programs and communication campaigns across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5to 7 years of HR experience, preferably in employee engagement, culture programs, or internal communications.
- Proven ability to coordinate employee engagement programs and HR communications campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing stakeholder relationships.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Familiarity with engagement surveys, HR analytics, reporting tools, and event or program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement Programs: Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating engagement initiatives such as townhalls, recognition programs, wellness activities, and other events across business units.
- HR Communications for Culture & Engagement: Develop and disseminate internal communications related to engagement and culture programs, including newsletters, announcements, campaign messages, and program updates; ensure alignment with internal communications channels.
- Engagement Surveys & Insights: Support administration and analysis of employee engagement surveys; prepare reports and dashboards to monitor engagement trends and action plan progress.
- Culture Initiatives: Help implement programs and campaigns that reinforce organizational values and desired workplace behaviors.
- Early Talent & Onboarding Support: Coordinate engagement initiatives for interns and new hires, including onboarding activities, to enhance early employee experience.
- Employee Experience Monitoring: Support feedback collection through pulse surveys, focus groups, and other listening channels, consolidating insights for engagement improvements.
- Engagement Events & Culture Activities: Manage logistics and execution of engagement events, culture programs, wellness activities, and recognition initiatives.
- Program Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain trackers and prepare periodic reports on engagement programs, outcomes, and recommendations for HR leadership.
