Job Description
The Corporate Sales Manager oversees the strategic development and execution of high-level brand partnership programs for a premier large-scale entertainment and events venue. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through the acquisition of new corporate clients and the meticulous management of existing accounts. The Manager will lead end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and custom package creation to contract closing and event-day sponsorship activation—ensuring all activities align with the companys long-term business objectives and financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sales & Budgeting: Develop and execute brand partnership strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, research, and classify new business prospects to build a robust pipeline of sponsorship opportunities.
- Account & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, delivering professional pitches and fostering long-term, high-value relationships.
- Customized Solution Development: Understand specific client requirements to design and package bespoke service offerings, including billing coordination and collections.
- Sponsorship Execution: Secure and manage corporate sponsors for major international productions, sporting events, and specialized co-produced projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and internal operations teams to ensure the seamless delivery of all contractual commitments and service standards.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to recommend profit improvements and identify new business development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in Operations and Sales management, ideally within the events, entertainment, or hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strategic Skills: Strong analytical and organizational abilities with a track record of meeting complex financial objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals at the executive level.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to multitask and lead projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
