Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Visual Display Manager to oversee the visual presentation and design of our large-scale commercial spaces in Iloilo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing visually engaging displays that enhance customer experience, strengthen brand presence, and support marketing initiatives across massive establishments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and implement visual display concepts for large commercial spaces and establishments
• Ensure visual standards and brand guidelines are consistently executed across all areas
• Collaborate with marketing, leasing, and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and events
• Manage installation, maintenance, and updating of visual displays
• Supervise and guide the visual merchandising or display team
• Source materials, props, and design elements for installations
• Monitor display effectiveness and recommend improvements to maximize customer engagement
• Maintain a visually appealing and organized environment across all display areas

Qualifications

• Proven experience in visual display management and large-scale display design
• Experience designing for massive establishments such as malls, commercial centers, or large retail environments
• Strong creative and conceptual design skills
• Ability to manage multiple display projects simultaneously
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities
• Background in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
