Role Overview: The Regional HR Manager leads the HR function for the CDO, acting as a strategic partner to management while ensuring operational excellence, legal compliance, and a high-performance culture across all local sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Relations: Act as the primary lead for conflict resolution, grievance handling, and workplace investigations. Mediate disputes and provide expert guidance to management on maintaining a positive work environment.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop and enforce HR policies across CDO retail and office locations. Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws and industry regulations to mitigate risk.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance review cycle, assisting managers with goal setting, coaching, and the implementation of improvement plans.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and interviewing to the seamless onboarding of new hires.
- Training & Development: Identify regional skill gaps and facilitate training sessions on workplace ethics, communication, and company policies.
- Compensation & Benefits: Address staff inquiries regarding pay and benefits, collaborating with payroll teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Reporting: Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover and disciplinary actions to inform regional strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in HR, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Retail/FMCG experience preferred).
- Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code and local employment practices.
- Skills: Strong mediation, investigation, and communication skills.
