Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Accountant with strong expertise in IFRS/PFRS and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic planning, and providing insights that drive informed business decisions. Candidates who are available to start immediately will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with IFRS/PFRS standards
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities
• Develop financial models and conduct profitability and cost analysis
• Provide actionable insights through financial analysis to support management decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives
• Assist in audit processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting and planning efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field
• CPA license is preferred
• Proven experience in IFRS/PFRS reporting and compliance
• Strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
• Experience in audit firms, shared services, or multinational companies is an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Can start ASAP or with minimal notice period
