The Media Lead manages media planning and performance marketing teams, driving digital media strategy, campaign execution, and innovation across paid, organic, and owned channels. The role ensures strong ROI, efficient operations, and alignment with e-commerce and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor media planners and performance marketing teams
  • Develop and execute digital media strategies to achieve traffic and ROI goals
  • Approve budgets and campaigns across channels, optimizing performance
  • Track KPIs, analyze results, and provide client and stakeholder updates
  • Manage key digital media partners and drive marketing technology innovation
  • Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams
  • Identify new digital channels and business opportunities for growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • 7+ years of experience in advertising or digital media, agency or client-side; e-commerce experience preferred
  • Expertise in digital ad buying and media planning (Meta, CPAS, onsite solutions)
  • Strong reporting, analytics, and Excel skills; knowledge of SQL and Power Query a plus
