Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant branches to ensure consistency in service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective action plans to improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and local regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews
Financial Performance
  • Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned locations
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, and inventory efficiency
  • Analyze financial reports and recommend strategies to improve margins
  • Ensure adherence to pricing, promotions, and revenue targets
Leadership & People Development
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and leadership teams
  • Build high-performing teams and succession pipelines
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback
  • Foster a positive culture aligned with company values
Customer Experience
  • Ensure exceptional guest experience across all locations
  • Address escalated customer concerns and implement service improvements
  • Monitor customer feedback and develop action plans
Strategic Execution
  • Execute company initiatives, marketing campaigns, and operational rollouts
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and operational improvements
  • Collaborate with support functions (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing)
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Proven years of multi-unit management experience in the food & beverage or restaurant industry
  • Strong financial and operational management skills
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory
