Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and drive people-focused initiatives that support organizational growth and performance. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and organizational culture.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Lead change management initiatives to support company growth
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Oversee recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent
  • Develop succession planning and leadership development programs
  • Monitor workforce metrics and analytics to guide decision-making
Employee Relations & Culture
  • Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures
Compensation & Benefits
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking
  • Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and regulatory reporting
  • Mitigate organizational risk through proactive HR practices
Performance & Development
  • Implement performance management systems and processes
  • Develop training and professional development programs
  • Foster leadership growth across all levels of the organization
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
