Unit Head | Insurance Industry

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Dayshift, Hybrid (Possibility for a full onsite setup)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of insurance advisors, ensuring consistent achievement of sales, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Drive business growth by implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor new advisors to build a high-performing, engaged, and compliant sales team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all sales and servicing activities.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders by delivering quality financial protection solutions and resolving escalated customer concerns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in insurance sales, financial services, or a related leadership role, with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales practices, and applicable regulatory and compliance requirements; relevant insurance licenses or certifications are an advantage.
