Test Lead - IT (Senior Associate to Sr. Manager Level) | 14th Month Pay Guaranteed!

Work Setup: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 6:00 PM); Full Onsite (Possibility of a hybrid setup)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities for system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and production releases.
• Develop and oversee test strategies, test plans, test cases, and testing schedules to ensure comprehensive coverage and alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with IT teams, business users, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve defects, mitigate risks, and support successful project delivery.
• Monitor testing progress, quality metrics, and defect trends, providing regular status updates and recommendations to project teams and management.
• Promote quality assurance best practices, improve testing processes and standards, and mentor team members to strengthen the organization's testing capabilities.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test management. Candidates with more extensive leadership and project experience may be considered for Manager, Senior Manager, or Director levels.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, test planning, defect management, and quality assurance best practices; experience with test automation is an advantage.
• Experience working with enterprise applications, system implementations, or business-critical technology solutions.
