Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business operations, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, commercial, supply chain, distribution, and support functions.
• Drive revenue and business growth through effective commercial strategies, market expansion, product development, and customer engagement.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, business performance, and operational KPIs while identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and company policies across commercial and operational activities.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams while working closely with the executive leadership to execute business strategies and long-term growth plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Pharmacy, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• 10+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles such as General Manager, Business Unit Head, or Commercial Head in pharma, healthcare, or FMCG.
• Strong sales and marketing background with proven experience in revenue growth, market expansion, and product launches.
• Proven experience managing P&L, business operations, strategic planning, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and commercial acumen, with knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance.
