Occupational Health and Safety Officer

Work Setup: Monday to Friday, Full Onsite
Location: Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor occupational health and safety programs, policies, and initiatives to promote a safe and compliant workplace across assigned locations.
• Coordinate safety training, awareness programs, inspections, audits, and other activities to ensure employees and relevant stakeholders are aligned with health and safety requirements.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives, including evacuation drills, emergency readiness, and maintenance of essential emergency resources.
• Investigate workplace incidents and accidents, prepare reports and recommendations, and coordinate appropriate corrective and preventive actions to address identified risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, management, contractors, service providers, and relevant external agencies on safety, compliance, facilities, and risk management matters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certification, accreditation, or training in occupational health and safety is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in occupational health and safety, safety management, facilities, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety standards, regulatory requirements, emergency preparedness, and workplace risk management.
• Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels of an organization.
