About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of Marketing & Brand Experience to lead the overall marketing direction of our retail and lifestyle destinations. This role is responsible for driving foot traffic, elevating brand positioning, and creating engaging, memorable experiences that attract and retain customers.

You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, events, digital initiatives, and customer experience strategies—ensuring our destinations remain vibrant hubs for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and tenant performance
  • Lead brand positioning and storytelling across all channels
  • Oversee events, activations, and experiential campaigns that enhance customer engagement
  • Manage digital marketing, including social media, paid ads, and platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Collaborate with leasing and tenant teams to support store openings, promotions, and sales campaigns
  • Drive customer experience initiatives, including loyalty programs and on-ground services
  • Analyze performance metrics (foot traffic, campaign ROI, tenant impact) and optimize strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the marketing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • 8–12+ years of experience in marketing, retail, or property management
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale campaigns
  • Strong background in events, brand management, and digital marketing
  • Experience working with retail brands, lifestyle concepts, or mixed-use developments
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
